7:30am to 4:00pm Chroma Color Corporation is seeking a Lab Coordinator (Clerical) to support our Color Matching, Quality Control, and R&D laboratory operations. This is a full-time, direct hire position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable serving as a key communication link between the lab, sales, and customers. Key Responsibilities Receive, log, track, and update color match and product development requests Maintain accurate lab records, schedules, customer feedback, and documentation Enter and manage data in Smartsheet, CRM systems, and

MAS/SAGE

Collect and prepare documentation (SDS, COC/COA, technical reports, quotes, invoices) Coordinate shipment of color chips and samples (UPS) Order lab supplies, create purchase orders, and assist with inventory control File, scan, and archive lab documentation, batch cards, and target cards Act as a liaison between lab, sales, customer service, and management Support outside lab testing, vendor samples, and site-to-site transfers Assist with reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer follow-up Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all EHS requirements Minimum Qualifications Must pass a Color Blindness Test Bachelor's degree preferred (Chemistry, Polymer Science, Engineering, or related) 5+ years of related lab or coordination experience , OR 10+ years of lab experience in lieu of a technical degree Experience with documentation, data entry, and customer communication Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Intermediate computer skills (MS Office, databases, CRM systems preferred) Work Environment & Physical Requirements Manufacturing/lab environment with exposure to chemicals and moving equipment Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally Requires close vision, distance vision, and color vision Why Chroma Color Corporation?
