Transnetyx Tissue is seeking a full-time Laboratory Technician to join our team!

Compensation:

As a Laboratory Technician I , you'll play a hands-on role in producing high-quality tissue products used by researchers across the country. What You'll Do You'll be a key part of our lab operations—executing protocols with precision, supporting your team, and ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Perform tissue harvesting Conduct detailed tissue dissections across a variety of tissue types Prepare and formulate tissue media under strict quality control standards Package and ship products with accuracy, including labeling and documentation Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment care, and inventory levels Support daily lab operations, including stocking and receiving materials Process tissue for live cell cultures using aseptic techniques Assist with research projects under leadership guidance Provide basic customer support via email and phone Help train and mentor new or existing team members What You Bring We're looking for someone who combines technical ability with reliability and a strong work ethic.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Some college coursework in life sciences (strongly preferred) 3+ years of relevant experience (lab, medical, pharmacy, or similar environment preferred)

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to follow detailed procedures with precision Solid organizational and time management skills Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, etc.) Clear communication and active listening skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn, teach, and support others Work Environment & Physical Requirements Combination of standing, walking, and desk-based work; sitting and standing for extended periods of time Routine lab tasks including cleaning, stocking, and equipment handling Ability to lift up to 15 lbs overhead as needed, and move 50 lbs on occasion but not overhead Why Join Transnetyx Tissue?
