This position reports to the Lab Supervisor. Essential Functions To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. • Performs all laboratory functions honestly and ethically.
• Applies scientific thought to perform analysis and solve routine or non-routine problems.
• Complies with safety and quality control programs.
• Collects plant samples for routine and non-routine analysis. Follows custody documentation for all samples.
• Performs routine and non-routine chemical, physical, and bacteriological analysis. Analytical methods used include bacteriological, electrometric, gravimetric, and luminescence.
• Performs routine maintenance and reports non-routine issues promptly.

Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED and minimal experience in laboratory testing procedures, or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Special Qualifications Valid driver's license in the State of Indiana.
