What You'll Do:

Perform daily/monthly/quarterly equipment verifications using standards and document

PASS/FAIL

results

• Test and internally report results of the boiler water to the Maintenance department
• Promote good customer relations with timely email and/or phone responses
• Professional office demeanor with employees, customers, carriers, and others
• Maintain order of the sample room by properly storing retains in adequately labeled containers
• Prepare blend sheets using customer provided formulas
• Create COAs using customer provided templates and update as needed using data from testing and/or inbound railcar COA data
• Assist Lab Manager with chemical inventory by notifying them in a timely manner of items in low supply
• Participate in training discussions and respond to questions/quizzes from managers, customers, internal and external auditors
• Practice and promote OP 134 Personal Hygiene Policy and Procedure as well as ensure Food Grade Product Safety
• Promote and maintain good housekeeping
