40 Hours Per Week (AM/PM) Laboratory Support Hammond, Indiana Description Central Laboratory

Support Service Location:

2434 Interstate Plaza, Hammond, IN 46324

Shift:

10:30 AM

•7:00 PM; Tuesday

•Saturday; Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation;

Rotating Shifts FTE:

WHAT WILL YOU DO

This individual is responsible for accurately and completely entering all necessary data into the computer system and performing other clerical, receptionist and computer functions as directed and as needed. In addition, this person may also be required to process specimens. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our Catholic healthcare systems while performing all job functions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent. Typing skills (at least 40 wpm). Computer experience preferred. A background in medical laboratory and/or knowledge of medical terminology is strongly preferred. ←
