In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting research, development, and quality assurance activities within our laboratory environment. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing processes meet rigorous standards, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and uphold the highest levels of safety and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to scientific research and product development in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Responsibilities Conduct chemical and biological analyses using advanced laboratory techniques to support manufacturing and quality control efforts. Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with standard procedures and safety regulations. Collect, record, and analyze data accurately to ensure compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations. Perform microbiological testing, histology, molecular biology assays, and other specialized procedures to verify product integrity. Maintain detailed documentation of laboratory activities, results, and deviations using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). Support research & development initiatives by executing experiments, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing laboratory procedures. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to animal physiology, veterinary terminology, microbiology, and chemical handling. Qualifications Proven experience working in industrial laboratories with a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques. Knowledge of GLP standards, CGMP regulations, FDA guidelines, and microbiology practices. Background in animal physiology or clinical laboratory experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data collection methods. Strong analysis skills complemented by a solid foundation in scientific research methodologies. Experience with histology, molecular biology techniques, or veterinary terminology is a plus. Excellent math skills for precise measurements and data interpretation. Ability to follow detailed laboratory protocols while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
