RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes analytical testing with strict SOP adherence, ensuring accurate results and efficient workflow optimization. Prioritizes testing based on LIMS backlog and analytical requests; manages sample distribution and precise data entry. Evaluates data for trends and anomalies; communicates atypical results, instrument issues, and off-spec findings. Reviews and resolves SQC chart alarms; prevents excursions by monitoring instrument behavior across shifts. Completes corrective actions for out-of-control points and supports process improvements. Performs equipment maintenance, calibrations, and inventory management; supports daily lab operations. Upholds safety protocols and documentation standards; contributes to safety initiatives. Collaborates with technicians and chemists to meet lab and reporting needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree with 16 hours of college-level chemistry required. Chemistry Degree preferred. Two (2) years or more of related work experience required. Must have or be able to obtain a valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card As an energy industry leader, our career opportunities fuel personal and professional growth.
