Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an Associate Sample Coordinator to support laboratory operations and the Sample Management department. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a laboratory environment.

Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Rate:

$ 17.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, check in, label, track, inventory, transport, and check out laboratory samples and standards. Perform administrative and inventory-tracking tasks supporting laboratory operations. Maintain accurate records and documentation according to SOPs. Communicate task status with supervisors and laboratory staff. Follow SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and sample storage requirements. Assist with environmental unit alarms and potentially participate in on-call responsibilities. Complete assignments accurately, safely, and on time.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required. Previous laboratory, sample handling, inventory, administrative, or related experience is helpful but not required. Microsoft Word and Excel experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills. Good written and verbal communication.
