Position Responsibilities:
Performs chemical tests and analysis on raw material, in-process, and finished product samples following established laboratory methods and procedures Analytical instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting Analyzes process water for proper chemical treatment Prepare reagents, solutions, and standards as required Monitors and maintains laboratory supply and chemical inventory to ensure effective laboratory operation Daily testing of production samples and reporting of analytical data Issuing Certificates of Analysis for finished product Maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures and ISO standard requirements Participating in Continuous Improvement projects to drive business value Always observes plant and laboratory safety rules and regulations Continually works to exceed customer expectations through the effective production and delivery of accurate, precise and reliable results About Solstice Advanced Materials Solstice Advanced Materials is a leading global specialty materials company that advances science for smarter outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, inprocess production, and finished products Identify and address deviations from quality standards promptly and effectively Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues Implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality control dataYOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma or GED is required. A minimum of twelve (14) hours college chemistry OR three plus years laboratory experience, preferably in a chemical plant environment is required. Must have the ability and desire to work 12 hour rotating shifts. Ability to lift 25 pounds is required. US work authorization.COMPENSATION
The annual base pay range for this position is $37.04 per hour . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
