$19.50hr - $21.50/hr (based on experience) We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support GMP testing, quality assurance, and product compliance in a regulated manufacturing environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to perform laboratory testing, operate analytical equipment, and work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, and Quality Control teams to ensure products meet established quality standards. Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine GMP testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and testing equipment. Accurately document testing activities and maintain laboratory records in accordance with GMP requirements. Prepare quality documentation and assist with laboratory data review. Support quality investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities. Follow laboratory safety procedures, GMP regulations, and company quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and quality objectives. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a scientific or technical field preferred. Experience in a GMP laboratory, Quality Control, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Experience operating laboratory equipment and troubleshooting instrumentation. Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
