As a vital member of the medical laboratory staff, you will perform a variety of laboratory tests, assist in specimen collection and processing.. Duties Perform a wide range of laboratory tests using established procedures and techniques, including blood sampling, specimen handling, and analysis. Collect specimens from patients through venipuncture or other methods Operate and maintain laboratory equipment. Record test results. Maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment while complying with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results. Experience Proven experience in medical laboratory work or clinical laboratory settings. Demonstrated proficiency in phlebotomy, venipuncture, blood sampling, and specimen collection/handling procedures. Knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record system, helpful. Experience working with children.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
