Job Description
nuCare Medical Solutions, Inc. helps healthcare teams build, manage, and optimize in-house diagnostic laboratories. We focus on improving testing workflows, quality, and compliance to support faster, more reliable clinical decisions. We are urgently seeking two experienced Laboratory Technicians to join a high-complexity laboratory in Maryland, USA. If you have hands-on experience in molecular diagnostics or general core lab operations and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you! Role 1: PCR /
Molecular Technician Perform PCR-Based Testing:
Handle sample preparation, reagent management, assay setup, and operate advanced molecular laboratory equipment.Maintain High Standards:
Run critical panels including UTM, Covid/Flu A&B, RSV, andCT/NG/TV.
Collaborate & Troubleshoot:
Monitor equipment performance, assist with basic troubleshooting, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to process clinical samples efficiently. Role 2: Core Lab Technician (Hematology, Chemistry & Immunology)Analyzer Operations:
Process clinical specimens, perform routine calibration, and operate automated chemistry and hematology analyzers.Assay Management:
Execute complex immunology assays and ensure seamless workflow execution across core lab benches.Quality & Performance:
Monitor instrument precision, perform preventive maintenance, and assist in technical troubleshooting. What We're Looking For (Both Roles)Core Lab Expertise:
Solid hands-on experience in high-complexity clinical laboratory diagnostics and standard analytical equipment.Quality & Compliance:
Sharp focus on strict recordkeeping, QA/QC protocols, biosafety guidelines, and strict adherence toCLIA/CAP
regulations.Education:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field (or equivalent clinical laboratory experience).Availability:
