Job Description Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of and adherence to regulatory compliance and laboratory safety requirements , including cGMPs, SOPs, cGLPs , and related controlled documentation. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented laboratory environment . Good verbal and written communication skills . Basic proficiency with personal computers and standard office or laboratory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of routine laboratory support duties in compliance with established procedures. Support laboratory operations by stocking, organizing, and distributing laboratory supplies and equipment . Use a personal computer to perform basic technical, data entry, and record‑keeping tasks in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of records to meet quality and compliance requirements . Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines while performing assigned tasks. Support general lab organization and efficiency to enable uninterrupted laboratory operations.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma with 2+ years of relevant laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated‑environment experience. The salary range for this position is: $48,365.00 - $62,590.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
