Troubleshoot and repair all automated equipment to maintain productivity on a day-to-day basis (Controls, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Transfers). Assist in engineering quality, productivity, and reliability (Continuous Improvement, Tracking cycle time). Maintain and monitor proper safe operations of all equipment. Maintain safe working habits. Maintain all equipment through preventative maintenance procedures. Reporting day-to-day activities to supervisors. Updating all related documents. Ensure good housekeeping is kept up on the shop floor. EOA / Machine start-up. EOA7 / build. Back-up programs (Robot, PLC). Bowl feeder integration.
