Qualifications:

• Associates or BS degree in Chemistry or science related
• Experience with laboratory and analytical chemistry techniques.
• Experience in a business-technical services environment is a big plus.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and teamwork
• Dedication to the business and product line

Responsibilities:

This opportunity is located in a customer-focused laboratory setting that evaluates ion exchange resin samples as a service to our customers. The candidate will be expected to prepare ion exchange resin samples for lab analysis and analyze the samples using various testing equipment. Timely, accurate reporting of results will be an important metric for success. The candidate will also perform basic maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment. Candidate may also be required to perform special testing or non-routine tasks with minimal supervision. Participation in department and personal safety programs will be expected. The laboratory evaluates many samples per year, using a wide array of testing methods; this requires emphasis on flexibility, teamwork, and good communications skills.
