We are looking for an experienced Sleep Consultant to join our team and make a meaningful difference in families' lives. If you have a knack for creating calm amidst chaos and a talent for helping little ones (and their parents!) get the rest they need, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Sleep Consultant at North Star Newborns, you'll play a vital role in supporting families as they navigate the early stages of parenthood.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing each family's unique needs and developing personalized sleep plans for newborns and infants. Providing guidance and education to parents on sleep training techniques and best practices. Offering compassionate support and encouragement to families throughout the process. Monitoring progress and adjusting sleep plans as needed to ensure success. Staying up-to-date on the latest research and trends in infant sleep and care. What We're Looking For We're seeking a dedicated and experienced professional who can bring expertise and empathy to this important role. Here's what we're looking for:
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in sleep consulting or a related field, with a strong understanding of infant sleep patterns and behavior.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with families, along with the ability to provide clear and actionable advice.
Qualities:
Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help families create healthy sleep routines.
Knowledge:
