Mon-Fri from 2pm - 10pm | Long-Term Opportunity | Offers Benefits We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Laboratory Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be a critical partner to manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced in compliance with batch record requirements and product specifications. As a member of the team, you will help safeguard product quality, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about maintaining the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Check production lines to make sure work is being done according to instructions, product requirements, and quality standards. Inspect equipment before production starts to ensure it is clean and ready to use. Complete quality checks accurately and on time. Record inspection results and observations in required documentation. Work with production employees to correct issues and verify that changes were effective. Report quality concerns and problems to the appropriate team members. Notify the Quality team of any products or processes that do not meet requirements. Help investigate quality issues and identify the cause of problems. Assist with corrective actions to prevent issues from happening again. Support process improvement projects that increase quality, efficiency, and consistency. Help maintain a culture focused on quality, safety, and compliance.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
