ISO, FDA

QSR, and company policies. The role involves testing raw materials, in-process, and finished goods using various analytical instrumentation such as HPLC and GC. The technician will also perform failure investigations under supervision. Responsibilities + Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize glassware and other containers. + Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration. + Prepare media and reagents for laboratory use. + Conduct routine product and raw material testing of samples. + Recognize and communicate unexpected results promptly. + Complete Out of Specification forms, Non-conformance Reports, and Incoming Rejection Forms for nonconforming or rejected items. + Revise standard operating procedures under supervisor's direction using Quality software. + Participate in investigations related to complaints, failures, calibrations, and equipment. Essential Skills + Proficiency in chemistry and laboratory procedures. + Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Ability to use analytical instrumentation such as HPLC and GC. + Competence in product release testing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Entry-level science graduate with preference for chemistry or biochemistry degrees, or an AA degree with 4 years of industry experience. + Experience in documentation (GMP) and chemical testing. Work Environment Work is performed in warehouse, office, and controlled environment areas. The hours for this role is first shift from Monday - Friday form 8am to 4:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
