What Your Day Looks Like:
You'll support product development and testing, working with materials and teams across the organization to bring ideas to life. Run lab testing and prepare samples to evaluate material performance and support new product development. Partner with production and technical teams during trials, helping translate lab results into real-world applications. Analyze test data, improve lab processes, and contribute insights that drive product and process improvements.
