Job Description

We are currently looking to add a Laboratory Technician I to our Products team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will support Microbiologics' scientific work by performing routine laboratory tasks and assisting with daily lab operations. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced laboratory environment, focused on following established procedures, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. What can I expect in this role? This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and is a non-exempt role. Some key duties in this role include: Conduct basic laboratory procedures following established protocols and work instructions. Accurately document test results and complete required records. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments. Assemble products while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment. Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or deviations promptly to a supervisor. Handle and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations. Follow all laboratory safety protocols, including proper use of PPE. What makes you a good fit? Education and/or experience required:
High School diploma or equivalent required. No previous laboratory experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
