Job Summary and Qualifications The Laboratory Assistant receives and processes specimens and carries out basic laboratory procedures. Additionally , there are required clerical tasks such as greeting patients, informing them of the procedures, answering phones and emails, and maintaining records. What Qualifications You Will Need:

Phlebotomy certification by ASCP and/or NCA highly desired Six months phlebotomy experience preferred; phlebotomy experience in hospital laboratory .
