We are seeking a highly motivated Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a modern compounding laboratory focused on quality, precision, compliance, and exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for an experienced pharmacy technician who enjoys working in a highly technical environment and takes pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and maintaining the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Prepare sterile compounded medications in accordance with USP <797>, state, and federal regulations Perform aseptic manipulations within ISO-classified environments and primary engineering controls Complete accurate compounding documentation and batch records Assist with formulation preparation, calculations, ingredient verification, and quality assurance processes Maintain cleanroom and laboratory environments through routine cleaning, sanitization, and environmental monitoring activities Prepare non-sterile compounded medications in accordance with USP <800>, USP <795>, state, and federal regulations Participate in inventory management, receiving, and storage of pharmaceutical ingredients and supplies Assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and routine operational checks Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional patient outcomes What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn Responds positively to constructive feedback and applies it effectively Commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment Preferred Qualifications Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician registration PTCB certification preferred 2+ years of previous sterile compounding experience strongly preferred Experience working in USP <797> and USP <800> environments Familiarity with aseptic technique, cleanroom procedures, and sterile workflow processes Experience with hazardous drug handling and compliance practices is a plus Why Join Grove Compounding Pharmacy?
