Quality Control Lab Technician

Atlas Roofing Web Technologies Division is seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician for Meridian, MS.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(include travel requirements) Assist in inspection and testing of all finished products and raw material to ensure they meet Atlas quality Keep all manufacturing specifications, test results on complaints, UL material and new product information confidential Check material for Monitor product Test facer material using approved test methods and precision equipment to ensure that no defective material reaches the customer Keep reports and records on all tests Keep daily logbook on Keep all testing equipment clean and in good working Keep lab clean and maintain good working relationship with production supervisors and work with supervisors in solving problems resulting in defective EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

(include Certifica t es , Licenses, or Registrations ) High school diploma or GED required 2 years of experience in roofing or coated glass facer manufacturing preferred

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
