Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician to join a fast-paced clinical laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have strong generalist laboratory experience and be comfortable performing testing across multiple laboratory disciplines while maintaining high standards of quality and patient care.

Responsibilities:

Perform laboratory testing in Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, and Microbiology. Perform Gram stain procedures and assist with microbiology setup. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and instrumentation. Accurately document and report test results using the laboratory information system. Follow all quality assurance, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate patient testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Laboratory Technician experience . Current MLT or CLS certification through ASCP or AMT . Active Medical Technologist/Laboratory license (where applicable). Experience using Epic and Sunquest Blood Bank preferred. Experience with one or more of the following laboratory systems: Siemens Aptio Line Siemens Atellica Sysmex XN9000 Sysmex UN3000 or Iris Gel methodology for Blood Bank Microbiology setup procedures

Additional Information:

This is a laboratory-only role; no floating outside of the laboratory department. Candidates should be comfortable working in multiple laboratory specialties. Manager interview required prior to offer.

Eligibility Requirements:
