Job Description

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization in Montana to find a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join a collaborative microbiology team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your microbiology skills with comprehensive on-site training and work alongside experienced laboratory professionals.
Schedule:
Full-Time | 1.0 FTE | 8-Hour Day Shift What You'll Do Plate cultures and perform Gram stains on primary samples Conduct PCR, EIA, and EIA-like testing Read and work up aerobic, anaerobic, and yeast cultures Perform organism identification, including biochemical testing Complete aerobic susceptibility testing for a variety of bodily samples Work independently on a rotating schedule for weekends and holidays after training What We Are Looking For Qualifications Associate's degree in Medical Technology (or equivalent) National MLT certification Montana Clinical Laboratory Technician (CLT) license upon hire Previous microbiology experience is not required—comprehensive training is provided What You Can Expect Benefits Competitive Compensation Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Long & Short-Term Disability Coverage, HSA & FSA Options Generous PTO, Vacation Days, Holidays & Sick Leave Tuition Assistance & Reimbursement 403(b) Retirement Plan with 3% Employer Match Cafeteria, Health Club Membership & Affordable Child Care Success Share Payout Compensation is reviewed annually to remain competitive with industry standards.
