We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to join our team in a unique role that combines clinical sleep technology, PAP therapy education, and patient care coordination. Position Summary This is a full-time daytime position ideal for an RPSGT who enjoys working directly with patients and wants a diverse role beyond traditional overnight sleep studies. The successful candidate will assist with PAP therapy setups, support sleep lab operations, perform daytime sleep testing, and serve as one of the first points of contact for our patients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and check in patients for appointments and sleep studies Educate patients on sleep apnea, PAP therapy, and equipment use Perform CPAP, APAP, and PAP therapy equipment setups Complete mask fitting and patient training Monitor PAP compliance and troubleshoot therapy issues Perform and score Multiple Sleep Latency Tests (MSLTs) Assist with sleep lab operations, patient preparation, and study coordination Download and review PAP therapy data Coordinate patient care with providers and clinical staff Document patient interactions accurately within the electronic medical record Assist with inventory management and equipment tracking Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive patient experience

Qualifications Required:

Current RPSGT credential High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Basic computer proficiency and EMR experience

Current CPR Preferred:

Experience with PAP therapy setup and patient education Experience performing MSLTs Experience in a sleep lab, pulmonary, or DME setting Knowledge of sleep medicine billing and documentation requirements Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Daytime hours No routine overnight shifts required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Paid holidays Health benefits 401(k) opportunities Professional and supportive work environment Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, dependable, patient-focused, and enjoys building relationships with patients.
