Position Summary The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) prepares patient specimens as required for laboratory testing. As an MLT, you will: Perform laboratory tests and monitor test results to assure test quality and validity. Communicate results in a timely manner, especially those that may be life threatening to the patient. Maintain properly documented records of activities.
