Join Our Healthcare Team! Grand Forks Clinic is now accepting applications for a Medical Lab Technician/Medical Lab Scientist. Position is full time, Monday through Friday - no weekends or holidays. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is committed to providing accurate, timely laboratory results that support exceptional patient care. Position Summary The Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist performs laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures, maintains quality standards, operates laboratory instrumentation, and collaborates with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality diagnostic services. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, immunology, blood bank, and urinalysis as applicable. Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures. Follow all laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Accurately document and report laboratory findings. Assist with specimen collection, processing, and handling when needed. Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science (MLS). Current state licensure as required. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
