Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QC Bulk Lab Technician to join our dynamic laboratory team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing quality control testing on bulk materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting research and development initiatives. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our products by adhering to strict laboratory procedures, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and FDA regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to scientific research, clinical development, and manufacturing processes within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality control tests on bulk samples using established laboratory techniques and procedures. Perform microbiological, histology, molecular biology, and other specialized analyses to verify product quality and safety. Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ensuring data integrity and traceability. Follow strict protocols aligned with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and GLP standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods, supporting research & development projects. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to sample testing, providing detailed reports for review by senior scientists and quality assurance teams. Support microbiology and veterinary terminology applications as needed for product testing and documentation. Qualifications Proven experience working in an industrial or clinical laboratory setting with a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and techniques. Knowledge of
GLP, CGMP, FDA
regulations, and microbiology practices essential for maintaining compliance. Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for data collection and documentation. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific data accurately. Experience with histology, molecular biology techniques, or microbiology is highly desirable. Background in animal physiology or veterinary terminology is a plus for understanding biological samples. Excellent math skills for precise measurements, calculations, and data analysis. Ability to follow detailed protocols meticulously while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements:
A person with normal vision who can distinguish colors. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, including meeting productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs Must be able to speak and understand English clearly and have no difficulty writing emails in English.
