Description :
As a Formulation Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development of various consumer products. Working in our state-of-the-art laboratory facility, you will be responsible for formulating small batches of products and conducting rigorous testing to ensure their quality and efficacy.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate small batches of various consumer products, including but not limited to personal care items, household products, and cosmetics. Conduct comprehensive testing of formulated batches to assess their performance and stability. This includes testing for viscosity, pH levels, stability under various conditions, and overall product performance evaluation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development processes. Maintain detailed records of formulations, testing procedures, and results, adhering to strict documentation standards. Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to product formulation.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a Scientific Discipline, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Demonstrated experience in academic or industrial settings with pH and viscosity testing techniques. Previous experience in personal care or consumer product formulation is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
