North Las Vegas About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Laboratory Technician to help ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and consistency. In this role, you'll work closely with Production, Quality, and R&D teams to test materials, monitor production, identify quality issues, and help keep our processes running smoothly. What You'll Do Perform testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and stability samples . Accurately record test results and maintain clear, organized documentation. Review test results against established specifications and quality standards and help determine if products are ready for release. Perform and document hourly quality checks on the production line. Prepare additives and monitor blending operations. Communicate with Production Supervisors when products do not meet quality specifications. Monitor and help prevent GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) violations . Calibrate, maintain, and validate laboratory equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory . Identify quality concerns, troubleshoot problems, and recommend practical solutions. Provide technical support for customer requests when needed. Support R&D projects and ensure customer and internal sample requests are completed on time. Participate in internal quality assessments and audits. Follow all company food safety, quality, and safety procedures . Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
