Sleep & Wellness Centers of Western New York is looking to hire full time night technicians for our sleep labs in the Western New York area.

OBJECTIVES

•To provide the highest quality care and service through adherence to the standards of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, The Joint Commission, all federal and state laws, and current clinical practice parameters. Effectively communicate and market the clinical excellence of Sleep & Wellness Centers of Western New York and promote awareness of sleep medicine. To actively participate in advances made in sleep medicine.

POSITION SUMMARIES

: Under the direction of the Regional Director, performs various diagnostic and treatment Sleep Studies on adolescents and adult patient populations in addition to other sleep disorder tests in accordance with policies and procedures and all applicable regulations, guidelines, standards, and laws. Attaches electrodes to and monitors patients who are participating in a sleep study. Monitors the patient throughout the sleep study and documents observations, collects data from various monitors and reports this information to the physician, while under supervision.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a night time sleep technician who has a valid & current New York State License in Polysomnography, & or Respiratory Therapy.

RPSGT, CPSGT, RRT, RTT & CRT

preferred. LPN and RN are encouraged to apply as well.
