Job Description:

Lab Processor Location:

Queens, NY Hours:

Monday - Friday (8am-8pm)

In This Role, You Will:

Perform accessioning, scanning, and tracking of laboratory specimens Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including centrifuges Manage laboratory workflow, including pending logs and record maintenance Restock laboratory supplies and ensure proper inventory levels Dispose of biohazard waste in accordance with safety protocols Ensure compliance with quality assurance and regulatory standards Utilize Labdaq and Onco EMR systems for daily tasks Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-paced environment Identify workflow improvements and escalate as needed Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned

We Require:

Education:

High School Diploma required

Experience:

At least 1 year of laboratory operations experience preferred

Language:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Skills:

Proficiency in Word, Excel, and overall computer skills
