Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dental Lab Technician and play a vital role in creating high-quality dental prosthetics and restorations that enhance patient outcomes. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where precision, attention to detail, and adherence to industry standards are key. As a Dental Lab Technician, you will collaborate closely with dental professionals to produce custom dental appliances, utilizing advanced laboratory techniques and maintaining strict quality control protocols. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patients' oral health and confidence. Duties Fabricate dental prosthetics, crowns, bridges, dentures, and other appliances based on detailed prescriptions from dentists Prepare and process dental impressions, models, and wax-ups with precision using various laboratory techniques Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines Conduct quality control checks on all finished products to ensure they meet clinical specifications and industry regulations Document all procedures accurately within Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for traceability and compliance Collaborate with dental professionals to modify or adjust appliances for optimal fit and function Follow all relevant regulations such as FDA guidelines, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and OSHA standards Requirements Proven experience in a clinical or industrial laboratory setting, preferably within dental or healthcare industries Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, techniques, and analysis skills specific to dental technology Knowledge of microbiology, histology, molecular biology, and veterinary terminology is a plus Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data collection methods Excellent attention to detail with strong math skills for precise measurements and calculations Ability to follow detailed research & development protocols while maintaining high standards of quality control Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting processes accurately Relevant certifications or training in GLP, CGMP, or FDA regulations are highly desirable This role is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about scientific research, healthcare innovation, and delivering exceptional patient care through precise laboratory work.
