$29/hr About the Opportunity This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional with a research background who is looking to gain experience with a prestigious research organization. Key Responsibilities Review and follow laboratory manuals and study protocols Prepare, package, and ship blood and other research specimens Coordinate specimen shipments while maintaining compliance standards Create and maintain shipping manifests and study documentation Perform quality assurance reviews of samples, labels, and associated paperwork Support study teams with documentation requests and tracking Assist with query resolution and follow-up activities Ensure accuracy and completeness of laboratory records and specimen data Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: A recent college graduate with 1-2 years of research or laboratory experience Highly professional and detail-oriented An excellent communicator, particularly through business-professional email correspondence Interested in building a long-term career within research, healthcare, or laboratory operations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Laboratory, research, or specimen coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and documentation skills Proficiency with laboratory technology and systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills
