Job Description

Wax Support Technician We are seeking a detail-oriented Wax Support Technician to support the production, quality, and technical performance of specialty wax products used in manufacturing applications. This role works closely with production, quality, customer service, and sales teams to ensure product consistency, troubleshoot issues, support customer inquiries, and assist with new product development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support manufacturing and processing operations for wax products. Conduct product testing, evaluations, and documentation. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established standards. Assist with troubleshooting product performance and resolving quality concerns. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams. Support new product development, production trials, and validation activities. Maintain accurate technical records, reports, and test results. Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality. Support inventory management and raw material tracking. Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a technical, manufacturing, chemistry, materials science, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality control, laboratory testing, technical support, or a related industrial environment preferred. Experience with investment casting, wax processing, or specialty materials is a plus. Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
