Preparation and analysis of otoliths.

Career Readiness Competencies :

Build positive working relationships across campus departments. Prepare and characterize otolith samples for chemical/structural analysis. Conduct chemical/structural analysis of samples. Process and interpret data collected during analysis. Report Generation. Other related laboratory tasks as assigned by PI. Adapt to new or unfamiliar technologies. Manipulate information, construct ideas, and use technology to achieve strategic goals. Working knowledge of R software for graphics. Strong quantitative skills as evident by previous work experience or A-level grades in college Math/Statistics. Previous research laboratory experience.
