The team supports the development, maturation, and validation of advanced military material systems by running structured experiments, building early process definitions, and generating high-quality data to inform engineering and materials decisions. The Coating Application Specialist will work primarily in a lab setting using an environmental spray booth and robotic slurry spray equipment to process test coupons and representative samples, supporting technology maturation and repeatable process development.
