Job Title•Lab Technician Duration•12 Month+
Contract Work Location:
Marysville, OH Work Schedule:
FT / Mon•Fri Overall objective/accountability Perform routine general chemistry analyses and sample preparations per Client or official methodologies. Support administrative tasks and Good Laboratory Practices checks performed.
Note:
Associate degree or B.S. in a Science related field with one year related experience or High School diploma(or GED) with three years related experience Main tasks/responsibilities Receive, process and track analytical sample requests Communicate with project managers to obtain necessary information Coordinate analyses with other Analytical Section analysts Perform routine in-house chemical and physical testing Monitor and maintain basic analytical equipment Maintain the laboratory in a safe, clean environment Education and Experience Associate degree or B.S. in a Science related field with one year related experience or High School diploma(or GED) with three years related experience Essential competencies Results Focus Good Laboratory Practice Proactive Cooperation Know Yourself Initiative Specific requirements Excellent planning and organization skills Ability to accurately perform analytical procedures and administrative tasks Good communication skills Computer literacy (Microsoft Office), the Client software APOLIS2024
