Job Description
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and testing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of the PB/Engineering Department supporting product testing, validation, and development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
1st shift What's the Job? Prepare test samples and specimens, developing efficient testing protocols and procedures. Conduct and document tests on finished and prototype products in accordance with established test methods and QC specifications. Collaborate with engineering teams on new product designs and provide technical feedback for product improvement. Benchmark products against industry standards and competitor offerings to ensure quality and performance. Maintain accurate project logs, lab notebooks, and necessary QC and R D records to support continuous improvement. What's Needed? Technical certification or associate degree (may be required in some areas). 1-3 years of relevant experience in product testing and lab operations. Proficiency in MS Office and lab scheduling/project software. Strong documentation skills and proven technical expertise. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions accurately.
