What You'll Do As a Lab Tech I (Seasonal position) you'll jump into hands-on lab work that keeps things moving: Run chemical tests that help keep the lights on (literally). Record results and enter data with accuracy. Follow safety procedures (we'll train you). Work with a supportive team that values quality and fun. Tackle other lab duties as they come up. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (chemistry - Science coursework ). 1-2 years of lab experience, but we'll train motivated learners. Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, data entry). Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves. Interest in learning tests like Liquid Screen, Karl Fischer, Power Factor, or FTIR. What You'll Get Hands-on lab experience with room to grow. A steady schedule (M-F, 8-hour shifts, with overtime opportunities). A team that values safety, teamwork, and integrity. The satisfaction of helping power communities by extending the life of critical equipment. A Few Extras Indoor lab environment (no clean room—PPE provided).
Active role:
