Job Responsibilities

Blend and mix chemical formulations according to established work instructions.

Conduct laboratory testing and evaluate physical, chemical, and performance properties of formulations.

Document formulas and product specifications accurately.

Record test results and formulation data in a timely and organized manner.

Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling requirements.

Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and inventory of chemicals and supplies.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.

Coordinate with external laboratories and prepare samples for shipment.

Assist with the development and writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Utilize Microsoft Office applications and learn new software systems as needed.

Previous laboratory experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.

Comfortable handling chemicals and working in a laboratory environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Associate Requirements

HS Diploma or GED

Background Check

Able to Lift 40 pounds

Drug Test

Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $22.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
