Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) $28-$34/Hour | Full-Time OR Part-Time | Benefits Available | Perm Placement ASCP Certified | Phlebotomy Required | 3+ Years Lab Experience OneSource Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join a healthcare team where accuracy, quality, and great patient care matter. Eligible employees have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Paid time off What You'll Be Doing You'll play an important role in daily laboratory operations and patient care, including: Performing chemistry, hematology, and immunology testing Collecting and processing patient specimens Performing phlebotomy Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment Completing quality control procedures Reporting test results and escalating abnormal findings appropriately Maintaining laboratory inventory and supplies Assisting with proficiencies and validations Helping prepare for state inspections Maintaining OSHA, laboratory safety, and quality standards Supporting other laboratory responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For To be considered, candidates should have: MLT degree ASCP certification - required Phlebotomy experience - required 3+ years of laboratory experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Hematology/oncology experience is a plus Full-Time?
