Early career position responsible for providing technical support across multiple project teams simultaneously. Assists with hardware testing, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and product validation activities while ensuring compliance with established protocols. Works collaboratively with engineers and technical staff to support project execution and deliver solutions. Job Description Support hardware testing, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. Assist with multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Package systems and components for domestic and international shipping. Develop creative solutions to technical challenges while maintaining compliance with protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and technicians. Support testing activities from concept development through verification and validation (V&V) and beyond as needed. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in technical and project-related tasks. Skills Required Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different projects and environments. Creative problem-solving capabilities. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Mechanical aptitude. Strong organizational and daily planning skills. Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or GED (Required). Associate's degree or completion of a 2-year trade or military school program (Preferred). Additional Requirements Must pass a drug screening and background check
Shift Start:
08:00 AM Ability to work effectively with supervisors, engineers, designers, and technicians. Ability to maintain accuracy and compliance while working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate/Salary Estimated Salary:
$22.44 to $30.44 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors. HarveStaff LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
