This role supports production operations through accurate testing, documentation, equipment maintenance, and adherence to laboratory safety and data integrity requirements. The ideal candidate will work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or laboratory environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organization, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Laboratory Testing & Analysis Perform routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods using established laboratory test methods. Conduct testing to support production and quality control activities. Identify abnormal or out-of-specification results and communicate findings to Senior Technicians or Supervisors. Assist in interpreting test data and determining next steps based on analytical results. Documentation & Data Integrity Accurately document all testing activities and results in laboratory notebooks, LIMS, SAP, and other electronic systems. Maintain complete and accurate quality records in compliance with company procedures and data integrity standards. Create and maintain quality control documentation including: Certificates of Analysis (COA) Bills of Lading Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Equipment Maintenance & Inventory Perform calibration, verification, and routine upkeep of laboratory instrumentation and test equipment. Maintain accurate calibration and maintenance records. Manage laboratory inventory including sample retains, reagents, solvents, and consumables. Assist with solvent disposal, sample disposal, solvent restocking, and supply ordering as directed. Compliance & Safety Follow all SOPs, work instructions, test methods, safety policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization to minimize contamination and safety risks. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies. Complete all required training assignments in a timely manner. Additional Responsibilities Support continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory operations as assigned. Perform additional duties and special projects as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory software systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read, understand, and follow SOPs, written procedures, and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Ability to meet deadlines and production-related targets. Minimum Education & Experience High School Diploma required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, or chemical plant environment preferred. #
