Job Description

Laboratory Analyst I#26-15073 Swiftwater, PA Onsite Job Description Perform and report results of sample testing as assigned within the Quality Control Physico Chemistry laboratory. Responsibilities include performing assays such as pH testing, moisture testing, wet chemical testing (UV-Vis), and HPLC analysis. Provide laboratory support functions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards. Document work clearly and perform testing accurately in a regulated laboratory environment. This is an entry-level contract role supporting environmental monitoring activities and is open to recent college graduates. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine laboratory testing and sample analysis
  • Conduct assays including: o pH testing o Moisture testing o Wet chemical testing (UV-Vis) o HPLC analysis
  • Support environmental monitoring activities within the laboratory
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
  • Follow quality standards, SOPs, and laboratory safety procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional laboratory teams
  • Ensure testing is completed accurately and within required timelines Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for candidates with a degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other Science-related field
  • Minimum 4 years of academic laboratory experience
  • Hands-on laboratory experience required
  • Experience working in microbiology and/or quality control laboratory settings preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a regulated laboratory environment Preferred Background

  • Candidates with experience or interest in: o Quality Control o Laboratory Technician roles o Environmental monitoring o Microbiology laboratories Additional Requirements
  • Eye exam will be conducted at the Sanofi Health Center within the first few weeks of employment
  • Candidates will be working around live vaccines; therefore, required vaccinations must be completed upon hire
  • Sanofi Health Center can provide the following vaccinations if needed: o Meningitis vaccine o Flu vaccine o Tetanus vaccine Experience Required
  • 3-5 years of relevant laboratory and/or academic experience preferred
  • Entry-level candidates with strong academic lab experience will be considered
