Job Description

Purpose of Position:
This is a Q4 Seasonal Position. The QC Administrator I will be responsible for providing ongoing support to all areas of the Department through quality checking all documents processed by the member and group processing centers. Responsible for providing quality and efficient service to our customers and other teams within operations.
Essential Functions:
Review documents processed for accuracy against information entered in the database. Ability to identify and report discrepancies/errors to corrections team. Ability to provide clear and concise correspondence in and outside of the department (i.e., confirmations, system comments, error reporting). Ability to meet department standards for production quality and quantity. Uphold company policies and procedures as they apply to CaliforniaChoice. Adheres to all established processes and procedures to ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of all data, including PHI (Personal Health Information) guidelines. On-site or remote regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job. Performs other business tasks or functions as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Must be able to type 40 WPM minimum Strong data entry skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to retain large quantities of information

Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time, and occasional standing and walking. Must have adequate hearing for phone work. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Must be able to use a keyboard and other office equipment. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
