Collect, analyze, and document data accurately using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office tools. Follow strict safety protocols related to chemical handling, sterile techniques, and laboratory safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment. Support research & development initiatives by assisting with experimental setup, sample preparation, and data collection. Keep detailed records of all laboratory activities, experiments, and results in compliance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and FDA regulations. Requirements Proven experience working in an industrial or clinical laboratory environment with familiarity in laboratory research techniques and sterile compounding. Strong understanding of
GLP, CGMP, FDA
regulations, and laboratory compliance standards. Knowledge of microbiology, molecular biology techniques, histology, cell culture, and veterinary terminology is highly desirable. Proficiency in using laboratory instruments, microscopes, pipettes, centrifuges, and other scientific equipment. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately. Experience with laboratory record keeping, data collection, and research documentation is essential. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
