Technician

Duration:
12 Months Primary duties are to perform routine laboratory support such as:
  • Must have knowledge in general laboratory techniques such as filtration, glassware washing, pipetting, aseptic technique and work with a microscope.
  • Performing USP 788 particle testing and USP 85 endotoxin testing.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation, right the first time.
  • Maintain laboratory in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.
  • Order and maintain laboratory supplies.
  • Ensure maintenance and calibration of all equipment prior to use.
  • Perform all activities in accordance with GMP requirements and established safety procedures.
  • Utilize quality concepts and tools in the performance of daily activities.
  • May perform laboratory validations under close supervision.
  • Good eyesight, manual dexterity, and attention to details required. Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in science, preferably Microbiology or Biology.
  • Position laboratory testing experience.
  • GMP experience or previous training required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Must be able to follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
  • Preferred minimum of two (2) years of experience in ISO 7 Cleanrooms
  • Preferred experience performing USP 788 Particle testing.
