Job DescriptionYOUR TASKSThis role supports raw material quality assurance and laboratory excellence by executing testing, analyzing results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliant release of incoming materials for production. This role partners with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and supplier quality teams to drive quality performance and continuous improvement.
Review test results, determine re-testing needs, and communicate testing priorities with internal customers.
Support supplier complaint management, including evidence collection, corrective action follow-up, and 8D review.
Monitor supplier quality performance and assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with quality systems, including
Participate in internal and external audits and support corrective action activities.
Perform routine laboratory equipment maintenance and escalate issues when necessary.
Support process improvement projects related to materials, packaging, logistics, and supplier performance.
Promote environmental, health, and safety standards within the laboratory.
Utilize strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Be self-managed, detail-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure.
Follow all plant, ESH, CBS, quality, and department processes and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
